How do Cold-Air Diffusion scent machines work?
Our scent diffusers use Cold-Air Diffusion technology to transform concentrated fragrance oils into a dry, microscopic mist. This process preserves the therapeutic properties of the oils and ensures a consistent scent without the use of heat or water.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually occurs within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a fragrance oil if I don't like the scent?
To ensure the quality and purity of our products, we can only accept returns on fragrance oils that are unopened and still have the original heat seal intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Are your fragrance oils safe for pets and children?
Yes, our fragrance oils are IFRA compliant and formulated to be safe for use around children and pets when used as directed in our diffusers. They are non-toxic, allergen-free, and contain no harmful VOCs.
Do you offer a warranty on scenting hardware?
All Aroma360 scenting machines come with a standard one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. For added peace of mind, we also offer extended protection plans at the time of purchase.
